Dr. Nneka Uzoamaka Edokpayi, MD

Arrived @ Houston location @4 for 4:30 appt. Handed paperwork at 4:20. Called to room at 4:45. Dr walked in at 5. While waiting office manager arging w/patient on the phone at check-in window. Dr speaking on incident with others in office. Dr came in room. No into to herself. No explanation to procedure. 15 mins later another dr walks in. No intro. Later found out this was Dr. Edokpayi. Was asked some questions before she began to argue with me about TX. Got upset that I said I wanted refund for OV when it was a WW being billed as Preventative. Left out yelling to office staff to refund my money, left me on the table half dressed in paper gown after pap, and left door wide open as I sat there exposed. Offered no appolog after office manager told her TX and billing info. Offered no sincere appology for leaving door open as I was on table 1/2 dressed and exposed. I left at 6pm-2hours after arrival. Scheduled wrong, long wait time, no intos, no explanations, left on table with door open.

Takes all the time you need, and is huge on prevention and making sure you understand the treatment plan. Wonderful doctor, so glad I found her.
