The woman who answered the phone was very very harsh and disrespectful!

I have seen Dr. Magee 3 times in the past and I have always been very satisfied with how the Dr. handles the interview to determine the reason I am to see her. She tells me the options I can get to treat my particular needs. She makes a recommendation and we go from there. I plan to see her again if the need comes up.

Disrespectful staffs

RUDE people! The woman who answered the phone laughed at me when I told her what I'm coming in for! When I went there to have my condition assessed the women up front were very rude, harsh, dismissive and impolite! I would never ever go back!

Dr. Magee is very nice, prudent, informative & willing to answer or explain whatever questions i have about my skin conditions, it's the 2 front desk receptionists who are quite offensive, rude and has horrible attitudes. I came in early morning today, and right there the receptionist with gray-bleached hair kept giving me nasty looks & rolled her eyes at me. The other one when she asked me for the co-pay she also gave me the stinky eye! Hello! What is wrong with people these days?! ill mannered women! The day has just started & they are already acting as if they want to devour others!

Professional and courteous manner. I would definitely recommend Dr Magee.

I cannot recommend Dr. Magee highly enough. I am confident that she is the best dermatologist in the Valley.
