He genuinely cares about patients and does his best to ensure good outcomes. He clearly explained risks and how he would handle situation if complications arose during or after my surgery. He opened office up over weekend and came in to check and treat me when I was having unusual complications after surgery -- saved my sight and my life. -- Jim M.

Great at explaining whats going on

As a patient of his for 36 years I have no complaints with Dr Baker. If you have an emergency he will see you. He really cares for his patients. I have never had a bad appointment. I may wait but, that is because he is such a great doctor. I know and trust him 100%. I still have good vision and would probably been blind if I did not have this great care.

Has consistently made me feel comfortable and informed. Great staff associates as well.

On several occasions, Dr. Baker walked into our appointments clearly not knowing what was the issue and not bothering to check with the history that was right in front of him. On one occasion, he walked in not remembering his own recommendations from just four weeks prior. Once again, the medical history was right there, he just didn't bother to check with it. And we are talking about a patient of many years.
