Dr. Gaftanyuk has provided excellent post Depression sessions for me for several years: listens; asks the right questions; has sense of humor and reassures me just enough to help!

Made me feel comfortable and listened. Prescribed a new medication that has been SO HELPFUL!

I've been going for a while. She's kind, caring, compassionate. That said the secretaries are not lol. The one good one is no longer there. The current woman is rude and oddly nosey for someone who literally just books appointments. The guy is pretty much incoherent. You can understand him, he's rude and irritating to deal with. I'm not entirely sure how he has a job. The office has very limited availability and is not accommodating of emergency visits. At best you'll see her ever 3 months. I could easily find someone else but it's alright for my situation. Like I said, Olga herself is a nice person. She seems fairly knowledgeable.
