It was a terrific experience as a new patient. Appt was easy to make, I was taken right on time. Dr Ni listened to me, told me what tests he wanted to run and why, and I felt like we really communicated. The scheduling for the tests was easy and I couldn't believe how fast I got these done, all at the same location. I am still awaiting some results, but as soon as Dr Ni saw results on a specific test he let me know about it and what it meant. I think I am in good hands.

Dr is always on time, very personable , truly cares about his patients and makes sure you are taken care of. I was in a car accident with facial injuries that cause headaches, he said we will get me in call my assistant. He even saw me with covid, within guidelines of course. Thank you Dr Ni.

Dr. Ni is phenomenal. He listens carefully to my concerns, and he's very thorough. I have a very painful condition that had went years without diagnosis, and had been told everything under the sun from it's just arthritis to it's all in my head. Dr. Ni discovered I had an autoimmune after extensive testing. I had seen a barrage of pain management doctors, neurologists, and orthopedic specialists; Dr. Ni figured it out. While my condition has no cure, just knowing I'm not losing my mind and my neuropathic pain was not 'in my head' was a relief. Dr. Ni is great! I recommend him.

Useless, condescending, and confrontational. Do not waste your time, energy, and money with him.

He didn’t listen to a word I said then set me up for a MRI I wasn’t supposed to have. Nothing but a joke!!
