Not good with follow up or getting back when contacted. The visits are short compared to the wait time and the advice is normally to continue with the same meds even if there are new conditions. The front desk staff is great, but the call in to nurses is not so good. The follow up to phone calls is slow and it takes several calls and follow up to get anything done like getting a prescription renewal. Also, so of the phone staff (nurses or assistants) are not polite and customer oriented. I decided to switch doctors.

I can honestly say he and his staff are very professional. No long wait times shows genuine interest and concerns about my health issues. Does make a serious effort to get u back healthy. Would refer everyone i meet to see him about stomach issues.

Dr Gordon was very professional, experienced and caring. He explained everything to me before and after my procedure. I recommend him highly.

Dr Gordons crew is remarkable, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. From the initial visit I knew what was going on and how things would work. Keep up the grest work. Anthony Burnett
