Dr. Otto Carlos V Goyco, MD

Dr. Goyco can be the best doctor in the world, but the lack of professionalism from the front desk staff is the best example of how to ruin a business. If you are looking for a primary doctor for you or your parents, this is not the office. They just denied service to my mother because the office manager does not want to miss her lunch time. They are intransigent and rude. You can have the best product/service, but if you offer horrible customer service, you’ll be out of business soon! Please send these group of unprofessional to intensive training or recruit a new team that really care about patients. Your front desk staff can say a lot about your practice. They need more supervision for sure!!

My first experience with Dr. Goyco was when I took my elderly mother to see him after her previous doctor referred us to him since he was moving out of the area. I started taking my mother to see Dr. Goyco and we both absolutely loved him! In a short time, I switched from my previous doctor to Dr. Goyco and have been happy with him for many years now. He is an excellent doctor, who is willing to go the extra mile to figure out what may be ailing you and do his very best to alleviate any problems you may have.

Dr. Goyco has kept me healthy and alive for a decade. He cares!

Great doctor

Dr. Goyco cares for his patients. He cares about our well-being, our emotions, and our physical self. He realizes if you are stressed, then it affects your physical self. He gives you his undivided attention when he is attending to you. He takes time to answer all questions, and he is very professional. He remembers you!

I've seen Dr. Goyco for about 2 years now and he has brought me through some pretty serious medical conditions. He is compassionate, he takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns, there's no rush in and rush out the door. He does what needs to be done and in a friendly but professional manner. He will also recommend specialists if he doesn't handle the particular problem. I have great respect for Dr. Goyco. I trust him and I can't say that about all Dr.'s. I highly recommend him to anyone with medical concerns.

Dr. Goyco is great to work with and very personable. He came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend him to others.

Staff is so slow and unorganized. Their prescription pick-up system is the worst I've ever seen. Plan on waiting over 30 minutes to pick up a perscription.

De Goyco was referred to me by a friend when I was at my wits end with my 25 year old grandson who is diabetic. For the past 6 months he was going through periods when he couldn't eat and would start throwing up even though blood sugar normal. Of course this would throw him into a diabetic issue and Hospital. This happened 3 times in the past few months and every time the doctors would get him straightened out and send him home blaming it on uncontrolled blood sugar. My daughter and I kept telling them there was something more wrong. Last week when it happened again and back to the hospital, it or course appeared that it was blood sugar out of control. I told Dr Goyco who was new to us that there had to be something other than the diabetes going on causing these problems. He is the only Dr that has listened and ordered the test and now we are getting treatment and answers to a very fixable problem. I can't thank him enough for listening to a desperate grandma!

From the moment I walked in the reception, I felt comfortable. Everyone was professional an attentive. Once I met Dr. Goyco I knew I had found MY family physician. He spent time with me, asking me about who I was, what I did, liked and disliked. He took the time to get to know ME. I highly recommend Dr. Goyco and his great staff to my family (my mother is also now a patient) and friends.
