Office staff is pitiful

I have went to Dr. Freeman for almost 10 years.Dr. Freeman is a good FP doctor. His office staff horrible. "Shaniqua", "LaShonda" and the rest of the staff should be working at a car wash, not a doctors office.Dr. Freeman doesn't seem to want to do anything about it, so I will never go back.
