When my husbands cancer did not respond to cancer. He offered no help, other than we can’t help him. Take him to the emergency room. I then drove him there where my husband was treated with dignity. All possible help, hydrated and given medication. I think The Dr. gave us false hope and an inaccurate information then Dismissed us with out regard.

Dr. Dodd helped me get an experimental drug, when no one else would . Saved me from dialysis 8 yrs. ago !

Dealing with finding out you have cancer is so difficult. I couldn't feel more at ease and comfortable about what I am going through if not in his care. He really does go into great detail in explaining options, treatments and progress. You will not find anyone more dedicated to his patients. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dodd for three years now and visit the office every six months. Unfortunately, out of six scheduled visits to see him I've only actually seen him three times. All other times have been with his nurse. I have cancer; not the flu!!!!! I would expect a little more attention from the specialist I am paying to see. When I asked where Dr. Dodd was on one visit the nurse said, "He's on vacation in Europe." How nice.....

I would rather spend a few extra minutes waiting than give up his compassionate and desire to help his patients and their caregivers. He spends time to understand my problems and helps with treatment and suggestions. He is excellent at explaining my treatment options-and before my chemo in 2012, he explained my diagnosis and treatment in detail. The treatment room gets crowded but the staff are wonderful. I would never want to go elsewhere to get my treatment if I didn't have to be inpatient. I did not like even going to the hospital when I had to have transfusions-can't get them in a doctor's office.

Dr. Dodd is an extremely caring, incredible physician. The office staff are also extremely helpful and caring - customer service is one of the best I have seen. Very Professional. Thank you for helping resolve my medical issue. God Bless All Of You.

A very good and concerned doctor. He helped my husband through a very difficult time. Would reccommend him very highly.

I've been going to Dr. Dodd for 5 years. He has always been courteous and respectful of my time. He seems to be keeping my cancer under control. His staff is very caring. Sometimes hectic in the office but the do well particularly in light of the large number of patients.

I 1st met Dr. Dodd 2 years ago. Did not have a problem getting an a appointment.I live in New york State and needed a docter in florida to care for my cancer needs while in florida for 3 months. He and his staff were just unbelievably in caring for my needs. Yes would recommend him. In fact I Have and does who have gone have recieved the same personal treatment as I.

If he's running behind its usually because he has a new patient and having been a new patient diagnosed with lung cancer (and having a bad experience with another oncologist) I don't mind waiting new patients need lots of extra time and I got that time when I was new and they deserve it warm-caring and understanding
