I intend to report Richardson to the Iowa Medical Board and Wheaton Franciscan Administration.. I feel lucky to hav had the insight and intuition to seeek another urologist as well as b4 getting in there to b seen and hav my stint removed I was taken to Allen ER. After Doing research an asking other several other medical staff affiliated in urology About The heinous unethical And literally scary care I was given by Richardson I feel Terrified for any future patient as well as existing patients that may rub him the wrong way.. He Abused his power and position as my urologist to put my health in serious jeopardy To unjustly and unethically purposely force me to suffer the most severe amount of physical pain and agony To cause me to feel the most huge amt of anxiety I’ve felt And I pray no new patient mistakes him as a “good” dr He Was going to make me leave a uretheral stint in for almost a whole month for punishment reasons alone When Normal time is 4-7 days He… prescribed me to take Cipro 500mg for 30 days When just those 2 things alone could’ve caused me to not only exist is physical agony but could’ve done serious damage to my organs and urethra.. An antibiotic regimen like that could’ve caused me to develop other infections as well as to develop an immunity to antibiotics to aid in future infections.. Thank God I was inspired w intuition to seek knowledge and another urological group to confirm my suspicions that he was being not only unethical but cruel as well as criminal regarding the oath doctors swear to practice by... God forbid ANYONE ELSE CHOOSE THIS MONSTER FOR THEIR UROLOGICAL CARE?????

Due to my personal choice of religious belief in regards to signing a refusal of blood transfusion dr Richardson’s whole personality demeanor an treatment of me while under his care Was clearly drastically changed and prejudice after becoming aware of this choice I’ve made for my life.. His unfair unethical and totally unacceptable heinous treatment of me will hav an emotionally negative impact in my memory for the rest of my life. I have a degree in psychology and criminology an I def could file a lawsuit on unethical unfair and religiously biased treatment of me as his patient. I choose to feel blessed in being able to continue my necessary care w a diff urologist an try to forget the emotional and physical pain I’ve suffered from his hand and his choices I pray no one is ever mistreated by him the way I’ve been.

Great vist with Dr. & staff. Please talk slower or make notes for me when you describe complex plans or unusual (to me) medications or chemicals. They all tend to blur in my uninitiated mind. Thanks..!

DR. RICHARDSON IS IN MY OPINION, A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. HE IS AN EXCELLENT SURGEAN, AND HIS FOLLOW-UPS ARE FREQUENT AND VERY THOROUGH. HE HAS TIME TO TALK AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE. HE ALSO VOLUNTEERS INFORMATION ABOUT MY CONDITION TO MAKE ME UNDERSTAND IT BETTER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO ASKS ME.

Office is unsterile. There is poor communication between the two offices. Inaccurate information has been given related to insurance. Dr. Richardson is unpredictable. The quality of care I've received has depended on what kind of day he's having.
