Dr. Leong and his staff (Jenna and Payton) have been very helpful and professional with my pre and post op care with my deep plane facelift. I have just reviewed the before and after photos and there is a great improvement and I am extremely satisfied with my result. I look very natural. I can see a big difference in my before and after pictures, no question about it. However, nobody around me thinks I look unnatural. Amazingly, almost all people have not even mentioned my surgery to me, even though the difference if very apparent to me. All follow up appointment have been easy and pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Leong and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Leong is amazing. Before I started to see him, it was difficult to look in the mirror. However, with his support, guidance, and treatment, I am now able to look in the mirror and see my old self - I no longer look so angry and worn down. He has done wonders for my self-esteems as not only is he a great doctor but he is an extremely kind person who is never pushy and meets me right where I am. I am very grateful to him and his staff - they are so easy to work with, appointments so easy to schedule, etc.

My experience with injectables like Dysport and Juvederm, had been an unfavorable one until I found Dr. Paul Leong. His technique and level of skill are simply unparalleled. Dr. Leong is masterful at making subtle changes that yield dramatic results all while looking completely natural and as if you’ve had nothing done. Unlike other physicians I’ve gone to in the past, Dr Leong injects fillers using microcannulas so I’ve had little to no bruising or down time. So very different than my previous experiences! When he launched his skin care line, I immediately began using several of the products and cannot live without the hyaluronic moisture boost. It keeps my skin well hydrated without the breakouts I often experience with moisturizers. I hold Dr. Leong and his extremely proficient staff in the highest regards and cannot envision ever trusting anyone else with my face. He truly is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Leong's for about 5 years for botox and tear trough filler. I have always been impressed by his meticulous technique and genuine desire to understand my wishes, and the always honest feedback I get from him. He takes his time and doesn't make you feel rushed. I've had many of these procedures over the years, and he is the best, hands down.

I had a cortex laser treatment, which is a sort of Co2 laser treatment for my face and neck about a year and a half ago. I was told that the procedure would improve fine lines, wrinkles, and dark spots. There was about a week of downtime, you need to know this is not a lunch time procedure, but at seven days I was very comfortable going out in public. The result was exactly what I was told. Eighteen months later I have a big reduction in lines and wrinkles and the dark spots are much improve, not gone, but much improved. I have been back for other non-surgical treatments and have had the chance the compare before and after pictures several times - the improvement is clear. Dr. Leong is always enthusiastic to review before and after pictures and I think he goes out of his way to be absolutely honest with me. I truely don't get any feeling of a sales job whenever I see him or his really nice staff. If you want to improve you skin, this is a really good option.

I saw Dr. Leong earlier this year for an upper lid blepharoplasty. The results are amazing. The procedure was performed under local anesthetic in his office and took less than one hour. Recovery was not bad at all with the expected mild bruising and swelling. It's been about 4 months and I am thrilled with the result. The incisions are pretty much impossible to see and I look so natural and refreshed. His follow up care was great, including calling me several times to check up on my progress as I healed. Dr. Leong and his staff clearly care about their patients, so happy to still be able to find this kind of care.

I've wanted a rhinoplasty since I was a teenager. I knew when I met Dr. Leong that he was the right surgeon for me. It was obvious that he cared about everything I was telling him about what I wanted to achieve. I had consults with several other plastic sugeons in Pittsburgh. Some of them were pretty good, but Dr. Leong seemed like a cut above. It's been almost two year since my surgery and I could not be happier. My nose now fits on my face beautifully and nobody I have not told knows that I had surgery. So happy.

I had a facelift with Dr. Leong about seven years ago and just received one of many nice compliments that made me want to finally leave a review. Dr. Leong's facelift has held up incredibly well, I am frequently told I look 10 to 15 years younger than my age. Just as important, I look totally natural. My incisions are completely invisible, not a single person has ever been able to find them. In addition to the lack of visible incisions, I don't look pulled or stretched. I have a couple of friends who had fairly expensive facelifts in Pittsburgh and, while they look pretty good, they all seem to look a little tight, a little done to me. I have never looked like that after Dr. Leong's facelift. I have been back to see Dr. Leong several times for fillers and other treatments. He and his staff are always the same. They are always unhurried and totally pleasant. I tell all my friends about how good this doctor is. If you're interested in a facelift I would strong recommend you… have a consult with him. After many years to judge the result, I feel very comfortable making that recommendation.

I went to Dr. Leong for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. Dr. Leong spent a lot of time educating me on the dangers of filler and needles into vascular areas like the nose. He does not use needles, only cannulas for filler to avoid causing vascular issues. I was not aware of any of this and I had filler done at other practices before, so I felt very safe and was thankful that he had explained in detail the consequences of filler with the wrong person. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I went back for an inexpensive touch-up after the swelling had settled from the first appointment. My nose is smoother and the tip has a better shape, so overall I am very happy with Dr. Leong. If I ever decide to do a full rhinoplasty or have any facial plastic surgery I will definitely do it with Dr. Leong.
