He is new to this practice, but failed to introduce himself on the initial visit. He also gets off topic and doesn't focus on the patient or the reason you are there to see him in the first place. He talks to you like you don't know what you are feeling and that he's just trying to guess or minimize your condition. My son is 11 and he even said how he didn't like the way he treated him, like he didn't matter. He seems to be a nice guy though!

My son has been going to Dr. Linker for about 15 years. First on James Island and then in Mt Pleasant, we happened to move when he moved his office. Our experience is great at each visit. He's thorough and thoughtful about treating my son and has gotten to know my son well over the years. It may be time for an adult doctor as my son is now 16, but I am hesitating to make the change because Dr. Linker has been with us for so long. I can ask any questions and feel at ease that he will be thorough in his answers, give me options and consider what's best for my family every time. I always recommend him to other parents.
