Excellent Doctor. Very Nice.

+ Extremely knowledgeable. Professional in appearance. Fantastic bedside manner. This is a private practice. I have been to 3 appointments with this doctor at this facility. There is high appointment availability--including last minute/emergency appointments. Minimal waiting room time. Dr Gross spends adequate time with patient and does not make you feel rushed out the door. Dr Gross takes time to make sure that you understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. All of my concerns were addressed during the appointment. Dr Gross also takes calls from home and returns messages left with the receptionist promptly. I trust Dr Gross' level of medical knowledge and opinion in my treatment plan. So far I have been successful with treatment under Dr Gross' supervision. I have seen two experienced dermatologists with above average web reviews prior to Dr Gross and experienced success with neither. - Staff is friendly but unprofessional. It is difficult to distinguish staff roles (eg. nurses… from receptionists, etc). All staff attire is sloppy in appearance--wearing sweat pants/suits during all of my visits. No name tags noted. I witnessed one staff member--nurse?--make an inappropriate personal comment to a patient in the waiting area. The same staff member has been noteably loud and unprofessional during my prior visits.

I called an asked if they could see me cause of an emergency rash and swollen legs. I waited in the wait room for about 45 minutes. The staff totally forgot about me when they were standing right in front of me. I finally asked if the wait will be longer after 45 minutes, and they told me to sign in, which I did when I first walked in. Horrible experience, I ended up going to emergency room, didn't even see the doctor cause was so mad how staff totally ignored and telling their jokes with each other..very unprofessional place. I wouldn't recommend this place, did not even get chance to see if doctor knew what he was talking about cause staff was horrible. good luck trying this place
