Dr. Paul Ryan Stafford

If you need a orthopedic/trauma surgeon that can handle the most complicated injuries Dr.Stafford is the doctor you want. Five surgeries over a two year span and I was walking again with no limp. He takes the time to study your case before he sees you. He is a perfectionist so you will be put back together the correct way. His bedside manner is awesome and his assistant Hannah is just as great as he is.

Best orthopedic/trauma surgeon in the business. If you need one, he is the one you want.

Dr Stafford and his staff are wonderful. He placed plates and screws in my ankle and it was done perfectly. Happy to say my recovery went extremely well!! So happy with this surgeon.

When I was 12 years old I was life flighted to St Johns where Paul Stafford was the trauma orthopedic surgeon on duty. I had a compound fracture to the tibia, and internal fractures of the fibula, growth plate, and ankle. He ended up performing 3 surgeries on my leg within 48 hours of my break and 5 all together in the first year, but he always managed to make me laugh. Many doctors’ opinion on my case was to amputate due to extensive damage and lack of blood flow to my leg, but he worked meticulously to give my 12 year old self a chance at some type of normalcy. It was a long year of multiple surgeries and hardware rejections, and fear of doing all that work for nothing and having to amputate anyways, but I came out with blood flow and a leg. Although now that I am older I wish he would’ve looked at the long term quality of health that my ankle and leg would pose for me, but I am glad he gave me time to be somewhat normal. I think a piece of me will always thank him for going against… the odds and doing everything possible to give me an extra 10 years with my leg.

After a fall and a broken hip, I was fortunate to have Dr. Stafford do my surgery. He and his office were great and my results were great. Would recommend him to anyone.

I was very fortunate that Dr. Stafford was on call when I was brought to the emergency room after a terrible accident. I received excellent care, and am walking without pain. In preparation for surgery and in office visits he explained things thoroughly, and discussed options. He and the nurses are very gentle and easy to work with. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Stafford.

im 39 and i've broken 10 bones,so you could say i've seen my fair share of orthopedics over the years.this last time i was in a motorcycle wreck and broke 3 ribs and my collarbone.i started at e.o.o.c.and went there for a year and a half.they kept telling me come back in 2 months,time and time again.they plated it with 7 screws and it got to the point where they said they didnt think they could fix me.i had a non-union.it would be in my best interest to go out for a second opinion.that really angered me since i was'nt new to broken bones and knew it was'nt that big of a deal.so i sought out dr.stafford on the internet.meet with him once and he told me sure i can fix you.and that's just what he did.next time i saw him was on my surgery date.now i feel as good as new.thank you dr.s your the best.would'nt go anywhere else.
