I have a very complicated ENT history and Dr Russell has been my doctor for years. He provides any treatment necessary to keep my sinuses tolerable. He is hands down the best ENT that I have ever had. I refer anyone I know with an ENT issue to him.

The only problem was all the confusion about the appt. He apologized a lot but it was a 1pm appt that he finally joined at like 1.40pm

He does not show appropriate respect or care for his patients. He cares more about going on his vacation than applying timely patient care (ex. saying a patient has a serious condition and needs to be operated on within the week...then scheduling the surgery for a month later because he is leaving the next day on vacation!!!!).

I was so impressed with the time Dr. Russell spent with me explaining my diasease process. I always thought I had a "infection", but have a thorough understanding of the functioning of my sinuses now. He is a very humble doctor & I feel 100% better after being under his care.

Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Russell at Bill Wilkerson Center. Prior to appointment, was told to report to Vanderbilt Hospital in order to get a CT Scan. After waiting for initial consultation, health care provider at the CT Scan office told me no appointment had been scheduled by Dr. Russell, and that he would need to schedule an appointment on my behalf. I believed this had been done weeks ago, but obviously wasn't. After this encounter, I proceeded to his office for my scheduled appointment at the Bill Wilkerson Center. After signing in electronically, another medical professional called me to her desk, only to tell me that Dr. Russell was "Running Behind, and he would not be able to see me today, and in fact the next available appointment with him was in another month." This coming after an automated phone message was left 2 days prior to my appointment, confirming the appointment with Dr. Russell. I have never heard of "running behind" mean doctor can not see you for a… month. This degree of disrespect of a patients' time is unacceptable.
