Best Doctor Ever!

Dr. Wendel and staff are excellent. I had originally requested an OB/GYN that a friend of mine used but was told that, due to complications, I needed a fetal-maternal specialist and was transferred to Dr. Wendel. I had complications with my high-risk pregnancy and he was very informative as what to likely expect and options. He was conservative with treatment which my husband and I both appreciated. He had a very good bedside manner. I appreciate the fact he was straight forward yet very caring. He gave my husband and me time to ask any questions we had and we never felt rushed or that our concerns were anything less than important. He, the ultrasound technician, and nurse all showed my husband and me compassion in their words and actions. Complications during pregnancy are emotionally taxing and small things like the hug both he and his nurse gave me when we left an appointment meant a lot. The team followed me closely throughout my time with them and communicated frequently through… MyChart and phone calls so that I was always aware of what was going on and they were aware of what was going on with the pregnancy. I also had frequent lab and follow-up appointments. In the future, if my husband and I are able to get pregnant again, we won't hesitate to use Dr. Wendel and his team. They helped us get through a trying time we feel like we received the best care possible.

Dr.Paul Wendel is WONDERFUL!!! I would recommend anyone to him! Also the nurses there really nice.

Was very rude my wife concerning our upcoming pregnancy. "You can go on and get pregnant or you can buy a baby" his exact words. Will not be using him as our OB. We left the appointment completely in shock.

Dr. Wendel is an outstanding doctor. I absolutely love him and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was a high risk pregnancy with twins. And because of the great care from Dr. Wendel and his awesome staff my twin boys born at 34 weeks are now lively healthy 3 year olds.

I think dr. Wendell informed me about my pregnancy very well and did the very best job he could for me. He is very straight point which is hard to hear sometimes but I have two beautiful identical twins because of his knowledge and technology. ..

Wendel talked bad about every doctor I had seen prior to him. He told me that I could either believe everything he said or leave. He was not interested in my case and answered emails/texts on other cases during my visits. He also told me that he was the ONLY high risk physician in AR.

Dr. Wendel was very informative, direct and personable. He did an excellent job in explaining the hurdles we faced and gave good instruction as to what I needed to do to carry my babies (triplets) as long as possible.
