Yesterday was my first appointment with dr. Eckardt, and I want to say that she was extremely kind and professional, she dedicated a lot of time to me, she answered all my questions without any hurry, her staff is also quite friendly. I am very happy with her, and I want to be her patient for a long time.

I have been under the care of Dr. Eckardt for many years now, and have never been happier with any doctor that I have had prior to her. It's always clear that she cares about your wellbeing and that you are not just some number in a computer. I am also impressed that for all of these many years, she has had the same team. When you walk into the office it's like your visiting friends.

I came to visit Dr. Eckardt last week for the first time & was very pleased with the service provided. From the lady at the front desk who was professional, to Jerry who took my vital signs, to Jean, and Dr. Eckardt. She was very professional & attentive. I am happy that I found her on the web.

The waiting time for an appointment is extremely long. After waiting 2 months for an appointment I am now told she won’t be on the office that week and now have to wait another two weeks. This is totally unacceptable and horrible customer experience. The patient could die waiting to get in.

Extraordinary quality of human being, as Doctor excellent knowledge about Health and her Specializations. My personal experience with Dr. Eckardt and her team is the best that I've had with my health issues. Tera Griffin is taking care of me every day and she is my guide in my treatments, never stop helping me, she is awesome. I do not have words to thank each member of that Team. I have to remark the incredible help and assistance that I've received from Alondra every time that I need it. Thanks, thanks, thanks...one million of thanks to all of you, Dr.Eckardt team. Dr. Eckardt has been my doctor for years. Her staff is warm and welcoming. They are caring and compassionate. They are like extended family. Grateful to be receiving care by the best.

Dr. Eckhardt is really professional and listens to your problems. And instead of diagnosing, she'll send you to a specialist that is "expertise" in that particular area you need. If it wasn't for Dr. Eckhardt, I'd probably move away from South Florida.
