Do NOT see this doctor. Wait time average is 2 to 3 hrs. THEY rescheduled my appt 2 weeks out then she leaves before I get there for the rescheduled appt!! Prior appts were sub par and the biopsy done in office was so painful. I've finally had enough...never going back!

The service is sub par and mostly you see nurse practitioners. Dr Shroff performed procedure in the office and failed to numb my breast completely. Horrible experience!

Horrible Doctor..Talk to you nice to get you to come back..She's always in a rush..Her Biopsies are very very painful..Would not recommend.

Horrible Biopsy experience..Dr Shroff was always in a rush..My Biopsy was horrific..I felt everything..I told her to stop i needed more numbing medicine..But she continued although i was in excruciating pain,i left the office crying..She have no compassion..The office was old and out dated..I had to go back for another biopsy, which i refuse..I ended up going to Northside Hospital for my 2nd biopsy,which i felt nothing at all..Dr Shroff should be sued for malpractice.

I was inserted with a "TITANIUM DISC" AND WAS TOLD AFTER the BIOPSY--WHICH RESULTED IN A SERIOUS KELOID SCARRING AND PAIN--STILL IN PAIN AFTER ALL THIS TIME---I WAS TOLD THE BLOOD VESSEL BURST WHICH RESULTED IN BLEEDING AFTER PULLING AND PULLING BREAST TISSUE SAMPLES---

Dr. Shroff is a very compassionate lady, she is very patient, comforting & knowledgeable. I will tell every friend I know about her. She really restored my faith in Doctors, she will be my siters doctor when She moves to Georgia. She is Awesome!!!! Try her you will be Very Happy! We do the follow up next Monday that's why I didn't rate it, I'm sure it will be Great!

Dr Shroff saw me through my breast cancer diagnosis, mastectomy, and worked together well with my oncologist and other Drs through chemo and radiation. She continues to be my Dr. today. She is awesome! I love the fact that she is also a young mother and can relate to all that I was going through. I felt like she was not just my Dr, but my friend as well. I truly look forward to seeing her, and I feel very well taken care of by her.
