She treated me at Express care. Quick to diagnose my problem. Would go to her again.

I saw this doctor for severe mid left back pain under my rib cage at an UrgiCare Center. She walked into the exam room reading her watch for a good 30 seconds while I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me. She asked me what the problem was. I explained it to her and told her I'd had previous back issues and surgery and this was NOT normal back pain. She never examined me AT ALL and said she thinks it's just muscle or skeletal related and said she would give me an ibuprofen injection. I declined and said I had that at home, but this was not muscular. She said we'd wait to see what the urinalysis showed and go from there and left. That was it. How do you diagnose someone without touching them at all? It turned out I had a kidney infection and she never bothered to come back to the exam room to tell me. I never saw her again. The nurse told me and gave me the prescription for antibiotics. I wouldn't trust this doctor at all--lazy and bad bedside manner.
