In my 20 years of nursing I've never experienced such treatment and respect from a doctor! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care. This doctor was incredibly precise and professional. He handled my mother with great care and constantly ensured she was in good condition. This is one of the best doctors I have experienced.

If I said Dr. Moreno became part of the family, it's not a crazy thing to say. Since I was diagnostic with arteries blockage and angina, plus I did receive a CARB two bypass, him has to be my doctor beside my right because my condition is very hard to treat. Dr. Moreno put on my wife a singular faith so she ask me what happen if you don't see him? I have to say, I don't know how between all the patients he has, he got time to understand and realize any detail of my condition he knows exactly what is my problem and how to fixed. Thanks for him, and his staff, me I have a better quality of live. Time on his office, better quality of live after the visit.

First time patient. Unprofessional and rude service from staff. Receptionists are in a rush, make you sign paperwork without explaining what you are signing. Medical assistant performing blood pressure testing not correct, EKG done in a rough manner and her approach was rushed and in a bad mood. Having just moved from Los Angeles, California, very disappointed of the service at Mt. Sinai in New York. Not returning.

Dr Moreno is genuinely the kindest, humble, patient, great diagnostician, and understanding cardiologist EVER. He spends not only the time allotted to you but over exceeds my expectations. He is an expert in his field, and you know he loves what he does, and that is his care for his patients. I find that he treats all his patients like it is his family member. There's never any doubt or second guessing when he's explain all procedures necessary, and medical diagnosis. He's charming, smart and the BEST!!!! *****

It just that he checks everything and takes the time to explain what the situation is. He is really humanist and kind and also a scientist Im really happy and confident with his opinions.
