Dr. Peggyann Nowak, MD

I first saw her approx 2 years ago and had a very good experience with her. I was correctly diagnosed and treated. When symptoms reappeared about 6 months ago I went to see her again and was shocked during my appointment. Not only did she not treat me, she barely examined me. Didn’t refer to my records to see what I was there for previously so when I told her my previous diagnosis and that I’d already had a test she thought I should have she FINALLY checked them. Imagine her surprise to see she was the diagnosing and ordering physician. Instead of owning up to the mistake and looking further into my records, she said it was probably one of her colleagues who ordered and followed up with the test! Her condescending attitude was prevalent throughout the appointment. Additionally she would’ve kept the time spent with me to about 5-7 minutes if I hadn’t asked questions and insisted upon answers. Even my teenage daughter who was with me commented about her rudeness and negative attitude. I… will never return to her and have already found a much better replacement.

Dr.Norwak is a great Doctor and an extraordinary surgeon. Her bedside manners is untouchable ( Most Doctors are very poor at that) She’s very kind. Dr.Nowak performed my Lymph-node Dissection Surgery every thing went well the stitches were done so perfect you can barley see my scar.

I would highly recommend Dr Nowak as an ENT physician. My 24 year old son finally decided to have his tonsils out after years of recommendations from previous physicians. The entire procedure couldn't have went any better from arrival at Beaumont Hospital to the discharge procedure. After years of dreading this procedure, he was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it all went. We were very pleased with Dr. Nowak and her caring mannerism. I won't hesitate to recommend Dr Nowak to any one in need of an ENT.

She is a sorry excuse for a Docter. Not sure-why? Appears nice and credentials are solid, but rude and talks down to her patients for no reason at all.

SHE NOT ONLY IS A GOOD DOCTOR, DOWN TO EARTH, FURRY PET LOVER, WHEN PEOPLE LOVE ANIMALS THEIR HEARTS ARE WARMER THAN MOST! WATCHED HER AT WORK AND HAVE BEEN TO HER HOME, WONDERFUL PERSON!

Staff shook my elderly mother down for money after they already made the appointment with my sister who was delivered by ambulance for their visit. They stated that since she was an automobile victim, they would not accept her Blue Cross Blue Shield card. This was not disclosed before the office visit, but until check out.Discussed with Office Manager Carmen that basically stated that my sister's health was not her problem.

Dr. Nowak is my daughter's ENT. She needed tubes and Dr. Nowak put them in for her. She called after we brought our daughter home to check on her, which I thought was great. Dr. Nowak is a very caring doctor and thorough as well. I would definitely recommend her.
