Dr. D'Souza was very thorough with her medical evaluation. She carefully looked at 2 ECGs that I brought from my internist, checked my medications and went over all of them. She discussed advantages and disadvantages of these medications and treatment options, which she discussed thoroughly and carefully. She answered all of my questions. I am hard of hearing and Dr. D'Souza made an effort to speak loud and clearly. She saw me one time in consultation at Henry Ford hospital when I was very sick, and remembered me and my son. She treated me with dignity and respect both times. She was also extremely kind, caring, and took time to make me feel comfortable. (from her son - My almost 96-year-old mother who is dictating this to me (Dr. D'Souza's patient) said she LOVED HER)
