I want to thank all the staff of emerge ortho for getting me in so quickly for appointment and then a quick appointment to see Dr Perico Noel Cruz Arcedo. He was so polite, friendly yet professional, listening to me tell him about my pain and him taking time to talk to me as he was understanding to my pain. He explained the procedure as he was doing what I was there for. If I ever am in need of this procedure again, I hope I can see him.. thanks again, Dr..

I have been seeing Dr. Arcedo for nearly five years. I am 62 year old and have adhesive capsulitis with extreme pain. I have also had type I diabetes for 50 years with many other complications. Needless to say, I have been a patient with many doctors over my lifetime and feel I can speak competently to the skill, knowledge, professionalism, and level of concern of my many physicians. I must say for many reasons, Dr. Arcedo is hands down one of the very, very best. He not only takes total responsibility and consideration for my needs as a patient with problems with pain and its effects on my life and well being, but he takes time and listens to me with all the empathy and sincerity and understanding that I need and expect. I am lucky to have him handling my care needs. He is a great doctor, and, even more so, an extraordinarily fine and special man. Thank you, Doctor, and I look forward to seeing you at my next visit. Dr.Arcedo is the best dr I have ever had he listen to u and he isn't in no hurry to leave he really help u out and he makes sure he can help u in any way he can he has help me out so much and I really appreciate all he has done for me if u need a great dr. He is awesome dr and I if u want a great dr he is the one for u he is GREAT ??!!!

I have been seeing Dr Arcedo for many years. He always answers my questions throughly. He tries to help with other suggestions of pain relief other than just pain meds. I always find relief with his suggestions. I am forever grateful to have found Dr Arcedo. I live with chronic pain conditions every day. I have a more productive life with all the pain management he provides for me.

One of the worst Drs I have been to in yrs! Bedside manner is horrible ! Never introduced himself to me; I asked if my spouse was allowed in the room, he ignored me; he was very short; no personality. Will never go bk to him again! Gave 2 stars bcuz his nurse was extremely nice; guess she makes up for his rudeness.

Always super friendly and helpful. Been seeing him for a year and have never had a negative experience.

Dr Arcedo and his head nurse Kelsey are nothing but professional and courteous. They care about their patients and their individual medical needs. It is great to have these two in the medical field and part of Emerge Ortho.
