I would like to thank the professionalism and the courtesy, from the receptionist to the nurses, especially Dr Parks one of the nicest doctors that I have met. He changed my life I can walk again with no pain. I would recommend him to anybody and everyone. Have a good New year of

While Dr. Park is knowledgeable and the staff in his office is polite; I had major difficulty paying the bill afterwards, which affected my credit score. I called Dr. Parks office several weeks after the visit to pay my bill, I was told that the billing team didn't have the info yet and so could not let me pay the bill. My credit score got affected, so I called on a Sunday just to leave the message that I am expecting help paying off the bill. The guy on the phone was rude right off the bat, getting mad about why I called on a weekend. I tried explaining to him that I had called 2-3 times in the weekdays, business hours and wasn't able to pay as the billing team wasn't sure and that I just wanted to pay off the bill. I also asked about the online payment option so I can look into that. He laughed at me. It was the nastiest 1 min call I had for no reason. So, this was my first and last visit to Dr. Park as I don't want to get into unnecessary arguments with indecent staff

Came in to take care of my varicose veins, and did some laser procedures. Not exactly happy with the results. Still see and feel the veins that were bothering me. Dr. Park said to give it time, and that the laser procedure would work, but it's been 4 months and I don't see any good results. Next step is more surgical procedures and injections. Not sure that I want to go through all that and wearing those stockings again for something that might not work again.
