Friendly, professional, thorough.

I have been having issues with my left ear for about a year. It feels stopped up and I have been unable to get it to pop and release the pressure like feeling. I went through several treatments for my sinus and none helped. I was referred to this office by the NPC I regularly see. I showed up early since it was a new office and checked in. I was seen by Dr. Casino and was examined. It was suggested I have an auditory test, which I did. And yes there were issues not a real surprise. I was young when having a loud car stereo was a thing and other loud life experiences. It was suggested I get a hearing aid and I received some preprintted copies of pages of advertisements from Amazon but not a treatment for the problem with my stopped up ear. I feel that I wasted my time and money. I did setup a new appointment for another ENT doctor before I left the parking lot. Hopefully I will get some relief.

Dr Casano has been treating my 92 year old mother for years. He has been absolutely amazing and no doubt has played a significant role in her longevity. My family is very appreciative of everything he and Linda his nurse, have done for her.

Can fix anything

It’s hard for me to trust doctors. I’ve had many through the years with my numerous health problems, so for me to trust Dr Casano with my endoscopic sinus surgery says volumes about him. I went to him twice and was comfortable enough to set up surgery for a chronic sinus infection I’ve battled for a year before meeting him. I am currently on day 2 of recovering, and the surgery and the healing process has gone exactly how he said it would. No surprises yet and he was very informative on what to do in those “what if” situations. He even gave us his personal phone number since ithe surgery was done on Friday for any questions we might have until his office reopens Monday or for any emergencies. Very pleased with him, his staff, and hospital staff. I feel they all care and all treat people the way they would personally want to be treated.

This is a faboulous doctor. He helped us even though it wasn't his place to do it. Love him.

Don't feel like he cares and don't trust him.

Dr. Casano is one of the most caring medical professionals I've ever met. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. I haven't had a nosebleed since my operation 4 years ago. Dr. Casano is a God send.
