After almost bleeding to death following a colonoscopy, he was most ignorant and unprofessional.

My husband and I have both consulted and been treated by Dr. DeVito since 2008. At one time the wait time for an appt was long but has been only about 15 min the last few times I have gone. He was very thorough in exams and explaining procedures. He always gives us written copies of reports which is nice to have for my records. His staff was courteous and prompt in getting appointments scheduled and answering questions. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends!

I visited Dr. Peter Devito about a month ago and he was extremely disrespectful to me and he said he hated Jews. As Jew and a survivor of a concentration camp, I was extremely offended and decided not to see this man again!

The staff was caring, plesant and very personable...love Dr. Devito...wonderful bedside manner. Took a lot of time explaining things, showed pictures, wrote notes about upcoming procedure. I would highly recommend him.

My wife was referred by our family doctor. We waited for 2 hours in the waiting room. The Dr. was rude, impatient and condascending with my wife and I. My wife was in tears due to her pain. He interupted her rudely while trying to ask questions. I told him not to talk to my wife in this manner and told him his bedside manner was horrible. Dr. Devito sent my Dr a letter the next day saying that I threatned him. which was a complete lie! This mas is a disgrace!!!!!!!!!

Dr. DeVito is caring, calming, and not in a hurry to get you out of his office. He always has time, explains things, and is a wonderful doctor. His Nurse, Valerie,is also very caring and supportive.
