I had an upper endoscopy scheduled. My appointment was at 10:15am, I arrived at a little before 10am. I had to wait just over two hours in the waiting room, after an hour I asked at the front desk how much longer my wait would be. The answer was basically, we don't know but you are next. That part was pretty obvious since I was the last patient in the waiting room. After another hour I was finally taken to the prep area where the most professional and friendly nurse got me prepped for my procedure. I waited for just over one hour in the back waiting on my procedure to start. For a 20-minute procedure I was at the office for just over four hours. I heard other patients also complaining about the excessive wait time. The staff in the prep area and in the procedure room were very professional and friendly. They turned a very bad experience in the wait time to a pleasant and relaxing experience. The office needs to seriously look at the way it schedules procedures in order to… eliminate such excessive wait times for patients, particularly since most patients were not able to have anything to eat or drink in many hours.

Very nice and pleasant office and nursing staff. Dr. Eweje answered my questions and explained the results to me. Would use the office again.

I have had two colonoscopies and a upper endoscopy here and have had great experience with both treatment. I like the way Dr Eweje come inand explain the procedure after it is done. The staff greeted me with kindness and a smile. They were very attentive to my needs while I was there.

My name is Susan Cooke. I went for appt. To get colonoscopy done. I asked the Nurse/Dr. Female, if she had a chance to look at my scans from Emergency room. She stated no. I wondered why?? This was from the first visit to the Emergency room from my stomach, I was in pain, nausea, pain going from me back to side. They send me home in same condition And they also stated they were not going to prescribe any more medications for me. Second time I went to Emergency room, sent home. Dr. Wss nice enough to give me something for nausea thankful I have been incontinent of my bowels and bladder for over a year now Nothing was ever done. Over one year!!! Also I would like to add I was two hrs early for my appointment and still had to wait!!! They are overbooking appointments. And above all I was not given an antibiotic when my colonoscopy was done. The two receptionists are rude to patients. I will not go back to this office again. Susan Cooke

Staff alert and attentive to patient. Dr takes the time to communicate clearly the procedure and results are understood.

Dr. Eweje and his staff were friendly and professional during the whole process. I would highly recommend this office to everyone needing these services.

Terrible provider, I would go to anyone else rather then this place.

I recently had a colonoscopy. The nurses and the nurse anesthetist were AMAZING. I had a pleasant experience. Dr Eweje is great . No concerns will return if needed .
