Dr. Peter Gordon Goldschmidt, MD

Recently had finger fusion surgery, one being a revision of a prior surgery and one finger a new fusion. Dr Goldschmidt did an excellent job. He even called me personally at home on a Saturday to make sure I was doing okay. This was a tougher procedure than I anticipated and am so grateful of his experience and expertise during this entire process. He comes highly recommended by me!!!

My 99 year old mother should not be operated on her carpal tunnel Shes to old. Just got worse. He said I would make it better. It just got worse. It made it harder for her to walk on her walker. She fractured her back because of this. And now she died.

He did carpal tunnel on both of my wrists & everything turned out great. He also redid some of my wife's surgerys after other Drs failed. We highly recommend him!

I love him! The first time I saw Dr. Goldschmidt I had what they considered a little "medical mystery." He took the initiative to consult not only other doctors at the same practice, but colleagues in from other hand specialist practices. I've seen him for 3 other issues since then and he has been nothing but helpful. He is an angle with bed side manner and remembers me everytime I go in and personal information that wouldn't be found in my file. After surgery he even called on a Sunday to make sure I was doing okay and want having issues, he has always followed up after no matter the day. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an othropedic doctor, not just for hand related problems.

I have seen Dr Goldshmit only once so far and I thought he was great! On the other had I've had to deal w/ his secretary Sandy and she was NOT SO GREAT! She was ALWAYS rude to me on the phone and in the waiting room when she came out to talk to me about scheduling the MRI, she gave me a bunch of misinformation about what I had to do w/ my insurance before the appointment, and after I had the MRI and called to find the results because I hadn't heard anything for almost a week, she was of no help and extremely rude to me. I will be talking to someone about her next time I go up there.

with a broken femur, I did not get to "choose" my dr. I am very and extremely pleased with Dr. Goldschmidt. I would of chosen him in a heartbeat after going through the procedure and follow up. He is an an exceptional surgeon and bed side manner of an angel.

I wouldn't see him again. also would have my family and friends seek other doctors.

Dr. Goldschmidt has performed surgery on my hands and replaced one shoulder joint. He has never been anything but pleasant and courteous, and as far as I can tell the diagnoses were correct in every instance. I will return to him the next time I have an orthopedic problem.

Dr Goldschmidt diagnosed my condition (carpel tunnel) quickly. He explained the proposed surgery and the probable outcomes. The procedure was quick and easy, and the surgery center was outstanding. I am returning to him for another problem. He's great.
