Overpromissing - Overworked - Plays down side effects

Promises to work interdisciplinary with school and therapists, but cannot manage to call anyone. Says he would read reports from them including IEP, but just doesn't. I tried to keep him honest with reminder faxes, but just couldn't get it done. WRT, side effects it took for the school to call him direct and complain before he considered a medication change. Left him for another provider.
