Dr. Peter Theodore Lind, MD

I met Dr. Lind in a very impromptu way; he was the pediatrician who worked on my daughter immediately following her birth from an emergency C-Section. The baby had been in some stress from a placental abruption.After he had stabilized her, he came in and spoke to my wife and I, told us that my daughter had responded well to the treatment he had given her. His calm bedside manner was reassuring in what was a really scary and emotional time for us. I asked him for his card right then and there, I wanted him to be my daughter's doctor.My daughter has recently turned two years old. We've seen Dr Lind many times since then for the usual stuff; colds, ear infections, the things that young children get. He always has a sense of urgency about my daughter yet keeps his cool. He always tells us what he THINKS. I value a doctor who's willing to go out on a limb and tell me his opinion. He's been right every time. I appreciate that every opinion may be right or wrong, that no matter what, medicine… is never an exact science and that doctors walk a fine line when it comes to improper diagnosis. It's nice to have a doctor tell me his hunches.
