Dr. Peter Tomaz Remec, MD

A few months back, I was injured at work. Since then, I have definitely seen my fair share of Doctors. Dr. Remec is, by far, the worst yet! Even prior to seeing the Doctor himself, I had to deal with some rather rude staff in the office. Upon entering the exam room, Dr. Remec was immediately rude, asking me why I was there. His mannerisms and his speech displayed such a terrible bedside manner, that he made me feel as though I was lying about my pain level and condition, which had already been well established by my other Doctors. One of the staff had told me he was going to order new xrays, and instead, he looked at the results of one taken almost a month ago and said that it looked normal... He didn't even look at the xray itself! He asked me if I'd heard of this particular problem, which was only part of my previous diagnoses, and before I could answer, he said that was all that I had and that I should just deal with the pain, and start walking on the injured appendage. When I asked… him a question about some of the treatment for my problem, he opened the door and yelled out to one of the nurses for the answer... hows that for HIPPA?! He spent all of 5 minutes with me, and left me aggravated for the rest of the day. I would have been better off being seen for my injury at a gas station. So, if you are looking for a doctor who will belittle your problem and make you feel like you have been being a baby for complaining about it, this is the guy for you!
