Dr. Peter P Stanich, MD

I went to see this physician after reading the great reviews about him and how he specializes in gastric Mortility. I have Gastroparesis and the hospital wanted to put in a feeding tube because I had lost over 20 lbs dropping to 98 lbs when I saw him. He came in the room and totally blew me off. He refilled my zolfean my last Dr perscrined but that's really about it. He could care less about even having a follow up appointment with me. I askes and he said "if you want a follow up in willing to give you one in a year but do you want one?" after leaving I dropped down to 92 lbs and contacted him to see what to do and again he blew it off acting like it was no big deal. I saw my cardiologist and found out I was going into heart failure because if all I'd this and he set me up with a nutritionist and helped me himself more than dr Stanich did. I thought I was going to die during all I'd this. He even missed gastric ischemia which I had during the time I was seeing him. I expected a lot… more than being blown off after reading these reviews. I'm now seeing another doctor who had gotten me back up to 114 lbs.

I am so happy to find a Doctor like Dr. Stanich--very thorough and very interested in the well-being of his patients! Also happy to find a Dr. who specializes in genetic markers like Lynch syndrome! I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for answers to Lynch or any gastroenterology-type concernð???
