I am a patient of Dr. Stoop and he is no longer in Barstow Choice clinic and neither in phelan the Heritage. I asked where he is practicing now and they do not give the information of his where abouts. Is there anyone who can give me his new practice address? Dr. Stoop is an excellent Doctor and I was in the middle of treatment... I cannot believe we are in America and this should not be happening. Patients should have the right to choose their own Doctors.

I have visited dr 3 times spent more time w/me than all docs inpast 2 years gave me expensive diabetic meds as sample till my insu8rance came through thorough professional

I have been going to Dr. Peter Stoops for years. Had an appointment set up, June of 2017, and suddenly received a call from the Phelan office informing me Dr Peter Stoops was no longer practicing in Phelan...I am a PPO patient, so I have the option of choosing my own doctor, not a member of Heritage. Would like to keep Dr Stoops as my doctor; however, Heritage in Phelan refuses to explain nor inform patients where Dr Stoops has "moved on" too...Heritage totally unprofessional...Guess I will have to locate a new GP but certainly not with Heritage...

There's only two doc's in Phelan and Dr. Stoops is by far the best. He does a great job of explaining whats wrong and what he is planning on doing. I have seen specialist where I have no idea what is being done and Dr. Stoops explains it.

Patience Care is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about Dr. Peter Stoops and Heritage Visitor Medical Group. Their staff was so patience and friendly when scheduling my appointment. Good Doctors are hard to find and I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Stoops caring for my needs.

Dr. Stoops is a very nice man who spends time with me. My diabetes was out of control he got my blood sugar under control He is a very good doctor
