Dr. Peter S Yotseff, MD

I went to see him about a colonoscopy that was overdue and problems I was having. I was shock at how rude he was to me. I should have walked out of the appointment then and sought help elsewhere. When he thought I would leave he became more professional and I scheduled. I completed the procedure and saw him immediately after. He told me he would contact me through the portal in a couple days with some specific info regarding the procedure. He did not. Ten days later I sent a message through the portal asking him for the information. He replied very rudely he had sent it 5 days ago. No he did not and the way he answered is not acceptable. I will find another Dr. I am sorry I wasted my time seeing him and suffering the colonoscopy staff to not have my questions answered and be treated less than human.

Today I had an appointment with Yotseff and took time out of my busy work day to be seen by him. I had been seeing another doctor previously but that doctor had not been able to resolve my issues and I thought it was time for a second opinion. After waiting about 40 minutes, Yotseff sent a young assistant in my room to tell me he would not see me. I was taken aback by this and asked why. She said that he thought I should keep seeing the previous doctor. I explained that the previous doctor had not been able to resolve my issues and I wanted a second opinion. She went back and told Yotseff, but he refused to see me and wouldn’t even come explain to me in person. This was pretty shocking, appalling, and shameful behavior from a “medical profession”. There was nothing “professional” about the way I was treated. I spent time, money, and leave from work because I was in pain and wanted to see a doctor. This was unbelievable to me. I work in a professional environment. I also have… clients. I cannot imagine a situation where you take someone’s money, leave them waiting for you, and then you abruptly show them the door without even seeing them. Based on this experience I highly recommend you DO NOT step foot in this office. This is not how good doctors should treat patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Yotseff for over 10 years now. He takes care of me, my mom Olivia and my sister Marianne. He take care and treat us like he was treating his family member. He takes his time to explain procedures, exams and test results plus he makes sure we understand what is going on. He is very pleasant and helpful at all visits.

I was referred to Dr. Yotseff by my primary physician. I called to make an appointment and was told I must fax my medical records, prior to being seen, or I would not get an appointment. Two weeks have passed and I am in discomfort, I called again today to try and get an appointment. I was told by the office manager, "it is office policy, unless you fax in your records you will not be seen, go somewhere else.

Had a great experience with Dr. Yotseff. Took the time I have not received from any other doctor in a long, long time. Highly recommended.

Spent time during visit, testing went smoothly. Recommended!
