Dr. Cohen has an amazing bedside manner. He is able to make sure you understand what is going to happen before, during, and after the procedure. His knowledge, explaination, and honestly allow you to trust him without doubt regarding your procedure. I would if needed, go to him again without hesitation. I would also recommend him with confidence. Thank you Dr. Cohen.

After a year + of many many GI tests, scans etc. I was told by another dr. I would need to have a past stomach surgery revised in order to get to a hernia. I went to dr. Cohen because they said he’d be the guy to talk to about surgery etc. After meeting with him and having him ask me a few questions he told me without a doubt it was ‘just’ my gallbladder and I didn’t need the god awful surgery I went into the apt thinking I was going to need! His bed side manner was great. If I need surgery again he’s my guy!

Dr. Cohen was my surgeon for a procedure in December of 2011. I meet annually with him and his staff. Everyone is very professional and he is a great guy. He can come across a little direct, but I love it. He is upfront and honest and I wouldn't want it any other way.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional. Took only 2 min with me for the visit (most likely billed insurance for more). I had just been in hospital for a heart attack and needed to see him about extreme anxiety related to the incident. When I began to speak he said, "they don't want me talking to patients. I am only here to write a prescription" How can a doctor safely prescribe a medication when he doesn't even take the time to ask what prescription heart meds I am on. I urgently needed help and he didn't even give me eye contact. I have never been treated so terribly! I would not even give this doctor 1 star, but there is no other option in this evaluation tool.
