Staff is professional and responsive. Always on time. Dr. Bobrow is personable and approachable and provided diagnosis and options in a clear and direct manner. The office follow up was spot-on.

DR. BOBROW IS A GREAT DR. VERY ATTENTIVE AND HAS AN EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER. IN ADDITION HE HAS AN EXCELLENT PA THAT ASSISTS HIM.

Dr Bobrow was very nice, but his staff was the worst. I went for my first appointment, and they didn't have it in the books, but they did find me a spot, which was the only good thing they did. I called his surgical scheduling person who yelled at me, "You're asking something that's in the packet we gave you!" I waited a month before calling again - she never called back. I called Sibley Hospital to schedule my hip class, the nurses were EXCELLENT - they were concerned - why aren't you posted for surgery? They fixed things that should have been done by his staff. In the end Dr. Bobrow's people told me they couldn't accept Cigna, though Cigna offered them a contract. BAD waste of three months.

Dr. Bobrow is very friendly and does not rush the exam. He runs through all options and helps me understand what my problem is, options for treatment, and advice for future potential problems.
