Dr. Philip Lynn Custer, MD

I have been seeing him every three months for three years to receive treatments for an uncurable problem. The staff has been courteous and he never has made me feel unwelcome or rushed. The only time he was running late, his staff explained the delay and gave me the opportunity of waiting or rescheduling. I would highly recommend him and will willingly wait as long as necessary for him.

I sat in a room waiting for over an hour.I thought maybe they had forgotten me. I opened the door and a woman(I don't know what her title was) came in and apologized. When the dr. finally came in, he didn't apologize for making me wait for over an hour in a small little room.....alone with not a thing to do but stare at the walls. He was very unfriendly, didn't smile or introduce himself. I will never go back to him again!
