Dr Nelson was very clear in describing and showing images of the MRI and thus explaining my back issue. He was thorough in describing various treatments as well as their risks. I appreciated his encouraging me to make the next step in decision making. He also explained the process of the procedure. I was very comfortable in discussing my issues and I appreciated his interaction.
