Rude staff - couldn’t be bothered to answer questions. Very unwelcoming. After a co-pay and charge to my insurance, I left without a prescription for my son’s eyeglasses. When I called they told me it would be another $50. They were very confused and told me my son’s diagnosis was “dry eyes”. Really? This office should be shut down, it’s dirty and unprofessional and I was told Dr. Wu “does not deal with finances. It’s a scam - can’t believe they are still in business.

I have been under the care of many ophthalmologists over my lifetime but none match the meticulous provision of attention with excellent results provided by Doctor Wu who also makes one feel instantly at ease during the examination and treatment. The nurses assisting Doctor Wu are highly knowledgeable and gentle in their administrations. The office staff is highly professional and friendly attending to all the details associated with your visit while reasonably attempting to assist one with problems relating to appointments, emergencies, and insurance.

Dr. Wu has a great manner of working with me. He is professional and explains what he is doing and what he finds. I am grateful to have found him.

Dr. Wu is very observant and calming. He made a quick and excellent diagnosis and his staff referred me to the specialist I needed, and even helped me to set up an appointment and cab ride to get there! At one of my follow-ups he even took care of my eye exam for new glasses so that I wouldn't have to trust an optician's assistant.
