My Visit to women health clinic in Hialeah. Everything was going well until I met the doctor it then became traumatizing experience. He was rushing me because he was watching tv and begin to get aggressive with me as I was explaining I have a needle phobia I’ll Prefer someone to count down with me (while I’m crying) he proceeded to yell & try to hold my hand down making me feel extremely uncomfortable not just of the needle but him. His nurse stepped in they was kind and caring trying to calm me down. He threatened to leave me in the room more than 4 times

Very rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t care about his patients. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.

He is rude and very disrespectful, like him and the staff make you wait for him for almost 2hrs if not longer, and he walking in like it's nothing, don't even say hi or he is sorry. He would leave while patients who were waiting for him still waiting on him. When asking the secretary when he will come back "oh I don't know " Borenquin needs to replace him because he acts like he own the facility. Assessing pts not even take 2to3 min, like saying hi and bye.

They don’t have any of the necessary equipment to properly assist woman, we were told we had to go to another location to do the blood work and get a regular ultrasound!!! What Ob doesn’t have a ultrasound machine. For 9 months he just wants to stick that thing in women’s vagina and he rushes and is rough... Immediately switched ob’s. Appointment was at 2:30 didn’t see him until 3:45..... Rated a 0

Kind and compassionate. I had terrible anxiety during my pregnancy and Dr. Eugene went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable during and after pregnancy.
