Dr. Pietro A. Memmo

Rude. Zero bedside manner. Direct quote "why are you even here? I can't do anything for you, I can't fix you." This after being referred by Dr. Hereen Makanji a surgeon in his group whom my husband just had surgery with. Shocked to say the least. Was hoping for so much better considering all of the wonderful experiences we have had at OAH.

Such a cold, uncaring doctor. I cannot believe this man has as many bad reviews as he does and yet he still has his license and is able to still practice. Terrible. Please do not see him for your own good!

I cannot imagine being a patient and going to Dr Memmo for help. My husband had an appointment for an evaluation with Dr Memmo . We waited for the Dr for about 15 minutes and he entered the room with the worst attitude. My husband is in his late sixties, not literate and has always relied on me to take care of things. Dr Memmo made my husband feel less than human . This doctor treated with such disrespect and disdain, I literally had to ask him why he was so hostile toward us. I was done when he said he didn’t care care if the information he was writing about my husband was correct. I wouldn’t take my husband back there. This Dr is the absolute worst.

Bad attitude and condescending. He just waltzed in, barely listened, gave me pamphlets and walked out the door. To my surprise, his staff said..oh he wrote you a prescription. I had to ask the pharmacist what the drug was and why I was prescribed it.

This doctor do not explain what is wrong with you. Did not tell me what was wrong with me. Dr. Memmo do not listen, he comes off as a bully.

I second all of the negative comments written about this man.

It would have been a better experience if he walked in the room and spit in my face and walked out. He is Rude. Contradicting himself and irritated when you question his own contradictions. Made me question my own sanity as he tells me I can do things I physically can’t do and telling me I’m not in as much pain as I actually am. His documentation also contradicts what he says and does during the appt.

Rude, dismissive and short with his time. Doesn't seem to believe he has to explain anything vis-à-vis his advice or diagnoses. During the second appointment, I was actually rushed out of the office so he could take a phone call - right when I was explaining that I didn't understand his diagnosis. Talk about unprofessional! Wasted my time and money on two appointments with him. I wouldn't suggest ANYONE see this doctor. Its such a disappointment to be treated so shabbily by someone you are turning to for help.

Spoke mostly to his intern saw very little of dr. memmo felt that I was more of a bother than a patient, was suppose to write down what he thought was wrong-never did. Sent me to have a nerve study 11 weeks ago then was to have a follow up with Dr. Memmo but I have never been contacted for a return appointment. I received more information from the nerve study doctor. I will not go back to Dr. Memmo
