Dr. Piyush Chandrakant Buch, MD

Dr. Buch was very nice, very pleasant. Sense of humor, down to earth. I liked him very much.

Been seeing Dr Buch for a panic disorder for a decade now and by far the best I've ever had.

I just want anyone who is thinking about going to this doctor to think twice. He has my sister on three different antidepressants and anxiety medicines knowing that she overdosed three times on these medicines and he's still giving them to her. What kind of doctor would do this? He's just getting rich off her insurance he doesn't care about her! He just keeps writing those prescriptions!

Doctor Bush' most outstanding quality as a psychiatrist (for me) is his ability to guide a patient through horrific events from both the past and the present. When working through these experiences which can be, unfortunately, forced upon us not so much by "life" itself as by "others" in life...others with a purpose...or intent. The result of such actions by others is of great expense to one's sense of calm, safety and freedom. Unexpected, influential and even the most pivotal occasions the causation costing an overwhelming loss to the sense of one's value as a human being...left to the individual to take control in overwhelming circumstances...Doctor Buch' support is non negotiable, he does not judge, and the overall maintenance of his patient's health is always paramount. As for advice given during the worst of circumstances, regardless of what we must do to maintain our humanity and most strongly held values...this doctor does not waiver an ounce of undo influence and always… understands the importance of the truth in such matters. You are in a safe place with your concerns in his presence. As a patient, my desire for continued mental health, peace and not being ruled by those who would allow falsity to be the order of the day...or life, this doctor is acutely aware of this inalienable right. I am one person those grateful to him for this common sense...along with a good measure of practicality is an ongoing standard if you are a patient. He never advantages his position through control or manipulation, will always give weight to what is important and is first and foremost concerned for you, regardless of whatever the circumstances may be.

The staff is very nice and I have been a patient for several years and Dr.Buch has really helped me!

I like I can get in and get within a reasonable amount of time. He seems to care. He doesn't beat around the bush. Unlike some people I know what my problems are, he was dead on with his analysis. I tried therapy but those ppl play games. It didn't work for me. I feel better since I e started seeing the dr. I'm not cured but I have seen a significant change.

Dr Buch has "treated" my daughter since young, she is now 27 . She is a perscription drug addict enabled by Dr. Buch. He writes her scripts for adderall to get up and zanex to get fired from work. He will write any script you want. Just pay him the cash money and you will be on your way with your "fix". He goes through patients with a revolving door. He doesnt care about any follow ups or with patients safety. Not even remembering key things about their personalitys or behaviors though he has treated them for years.I am sure he goes back to India every year with cash hidden under his suit.

Seems to really care and gives sound advice.

called office in a crisis and even being a new patient got the office staff got me in the next day. very helpful and caring. felt like he actually listed to my problem (unlike other doctors ive been to). finally was prescribed the correct combination of meds. just wish he would have spent more time with me.

Overall, I enjoy going to see Dr. Buch. Upon my first visit, he correctly directed me to the partial hospitalization program at Little Company of Mary Hospital. Dr. Buch was at the hospital to follow-up with all of his patients. He did ask me very pertinent questions in regards to my life situation and what may happen. He didn't cut me any slack and didn't put on any kid gloves but he was not mean or cruel about the situation. It was exactly what I needed to hear even if I didn't want to hear it. He actually laughs and smiles (unlike my last psychiatrist who was a female robot.) I do wish I could spend more time with him and be able to talk about my situations but no one's perfect.
