He's never in the clinic and if he is it's 2 days out of the entire week. Then he is extremely slow... I had an appointment while ago for 9oclock... He called me back there at 3:30.. That's extremely too long to wait and especially for me since my migraines are very painful. So then I call in to see if he could refill my medication he said no, I take it times a day, so that should be about 90,pills a month.. He wasn't giving me enough for the entire month.. He got mad wen I asked him to move the amount up so I won't have to come in about every week that's alot of money ..so he basically won't help me and he didn't listen to me at all... He's not a very good doctor at all... His nurses are very rude also... I just can't go back, I refuse to...

I have visited DR Eze several times over the past few years. I like him and his demeanor. I recently had a stay in the hospital and had a follow up appointment with him. Two day before the appointment my father died and I had to change the appointment. The Staff at his clinic refused to give me an appointment slip because the follow up as made by the hospital. The hospitals appointment slip was for the original date. I needed it to take off work and despite the fact I was dealing with my fatherâ??s death the sectaries answering the phone refused to help. The hospital called his office and they refused to work with them also. Some of the worst customer service I have dealt with. Discrediting DR Eze who always seemed to be a real professional.

Doctor Eze is a good doctor, it was the pharmacy inside the doctor's office, and the nurses there that I had a problem with. The people he has working for him are so rude and uncaring. Most nurses I meet are really nice and want to help you,but they were not that way at all.
