Dr. Ponciano L Reyes JR., MD

Dr. Ponciano refused to refill my prescription which I have taken for multiple years due to my inability to get an earlier appointment. This was out of my control and I had even requested to be put in last minute if there was a cancellation. I now must go just beyond a week without my prescription. He refused to speak with me and I needed to call in multiple times over several days just to find out that he was refusing my request.

My first visit with this doctor is my last. Very rude. He clearly felt my being there was a ridiculous waste of time. I was there because it was suggested that I be evaluated by a Hematologist, not because I wanted to waste his time, nor mine. But that is what this appointment was, a waste of my time. And not only was he rude, so was some of the staff. With the exception of the receptionist who was very sweet, the rest of my encounters were painfully dismissive and rude. And to think that people with Cancer have to deal with this nonsense. And the wait time in the waiting room and even once in the exam room was quite long. I won't be back.

I was very anxious when I first saw Dr Reyes,fearing the worst.He immediately set to work calming me down.He was informative, reassuring and very upbeat. His sincerity and positive energy raised my hope and diminished my fears. I would absolutely recommend him!

he is a very good doctor, he care so much for his patient like his own mother / father. Yes definitly I will recomend him to my friends and relatives
