Made several calls and left multiple voicemails in an effort to get prescriptions called into the pharmacy. After over a week of trying and minimal response, I decided to cancel my next appointment with Dr. Sinha. When I called to do so, I got the classic "I can't hear you, you're breaking up" in response. So I had to drive to the office and cancel the appointment in person. If a doctor's office can't be bothered with basic administrative/clerical work, why in the world would I trust them to perform any sort of actual medical treatment?

I received Botox injections and I was very unhappy. I had to get them redone by another doctor so that I looked even.

Please do your research. I know we can be desperate in obtaining our goals but it is worth it. I went to Dr. Sinha after having 2 septoplasties with terrible results. The Dr assured me my breathing would be better and it is not. I ended up doing a rhinoplasty as well; (which i did want) along with a neck lift. Well my breathing is just as terrible as before and now I have more of a double chin than because of a hematoma that he left me with. They didnt take the stiches of my nose properly so they became part my skin leaving the inside of my nose really thick. I used my insurance for the septoplasty and they did tell me that the surgery center was out of network but not to worry because worst case scenario they would bill me as a cosmetic procedure and it wouldnt be more than about 2k to 3k. However they didnt explain me that since it was out of network they coudl bill me for what my insurance didnt pay and now they left me hanging with a 60k bill for the surgery center. He was late for… surgery and because of that i was not able to see him before my procedure. The nurse couldnt find my vein and stuck me several times for the IV before surgery so the anesthesiologist had to do it. When I called the nurse the next day she never returned my call and when I went to the 1st follow up visit the PA got a very nasty attitude when I told her I wanted to see the Dr. She said the appointment is to see me to remove the stitches not to see the Dr. So I was not able to see him until the next appointment. On my 3 month follow up appointment, my nose was extremely swollen and he refused to apply any steroids to bring the swelling down. Yes your visits before surgey he will be super nice and act like he cares or like he is listening but after surgery he will rush you out of his office like his patience is running out.

Dr Sinha is an incredible talented surgeon. I was not happy with results from my previous surgery. It was the subtle things that made my nose look not exactly right to me. Dr Sinha listened to what bothered me and addressed all my concerns. I love my new nose and no one knows I did anything to it!

I have been to many doctors and couldn't imagine receiving the type of attention I received from the staff to the doctor.! They all listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to address it.

The staff is very personable and kind. Dr. Sinha is great at giving botox injections. Pain is minimal and placement of botox on point.
