Dr. Priti Mahurkar Manohar, MD

Dr. Manohar is a solid doctor, but her staff leaves much to be desired. Her man In the billing department is overly aggressive and rude to her patients. Her phone staff is rarely available morning or afternoon. In person visits are just as maddening from long waits in the waiting room, staff with no patience with their struggling patients. Only getting to see the doctor hours after your scheduled appointment time. Doctor Manohar, again, is excellent and thorough but the people around her are awful fouling up phone and telehealth appointments even after checking in. I wouldn't recommend telehealth or phone appointments.

Never will I go back to see this Dr.

Upon reading all of these reviews I should have known better to check before going to see her. I took my son for an appointment today and her recommendation for him was anxiety medication. I proceeded to ask her what side effects they have. She says all medications have side effects but I'm giving him a very low dose. So I was still uneasy about giving my 12 year old anxiety medication so I asked her if I could call my husband. She got very upset after I hung up with my husband accusing me of being unprofessional telling me that I was the one asking for help. She started to walk out and say I was scaring her. Mind you all of this going on while my son is in the room. Both my son and I look at each other like WHAT!!!!!! She is the one who needs anxiety medication and people skills. She needs to return back to her country and treat her own people like crap not the Americans that are paying her salary. NOT A GOOD DOCTOR WHATSOEVER STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BULLIED, HUMILIATED, AND LEFT TO FEEL LIKE CRAP WHEN YOU DID NOTHING WRONG.

i was so nervous to come but the staff made me feel welcome it felt like home my experience was wonderful Dr is very sweet and wants the best for her pt... i will be coming back for the fellow up

Dr. Priti Manohar is one of the best Doctors i been too, she treated my daughter for epilepsy and ever since i have been going to her for my daugthers treatment my daughter has not had any recent seizures since 2006. I really recommend Doctor Priti Manohar the best doctor!

DR. PRITI MANOHAR is the best when treating patients. takes her time to get to know the patients, her front staff is very helpful will give appt when needed, the nurses are on top of it when it comes to medications and any questions. i read all these reviews and thought she was going to be mean but she is the opposite of what these people say! 5 STAR FORSURE

Ayer lleve a mis hijos de 15 años son gemelos y esta doctora es una antiprofesional pregunto porque razon estaban mis hijos ahi Cuando trate de explicar el motivo a la enfermera para que ella le dijera en ingles Esta doctora ni siquiera la dejaba que le terminara de desir y empezo aserle a uno de mis dos hijos que lleve solo 4 preguntas que si le gustaba la escuela y a que le gustaba jugar voltea y me dise ami la doctora que mi.hijo no tenia nada y le contesto como se pone usted a desir eso si ase 2 años m le gicieron el examen a mis dos hijos y salieron ke no tenian autismo pero que si tenian otro problema y que seguirian analizandolo yo no regrese por motivos personales lo cual el doctor de mis hijos desidio que regresaran con usted por los problemas y comportamientos que estan tenuendo de lento aprendisaje entre otras cosas y dijo que eran conflictos entre mama e hijos eso era si diagnostico le dije k no estaba conforme con eso y en forma de burla dijo que quiere que le ponga aqui que tienen autismo o ke estan mal y agarro los papeles y se los medio avento a la enfermera y se salio yo agarre a mis hijos y me sali llorando de ahi jure nunca regresar con esa doctora despota sin educacion me dejo en las mismas Ni siquiera los revisa no hace nada solo por cobrar al medicaid fatal es horrible no se porque se dice neurologa es una antiprofesional jamaa olvidare esta experencia por eso la reporte

Worst experince ever, she wastes people time. I would never go with a doctor like her that has no interest whatsoever in findng out what is it that you are seeing her for.

Sorry to say this doctor is not much help shes just sat there and said results are normal um I'm thinking if her nurse said shes a great doctor why wont she do more research i would think she would run more test and her staff omg terrible the front office ladies are slow and keep you on hold not happy with there job or pay who knows but terrible I say and the nurse called in 1 med should have been more and to the wrong pharmacy omg it was on a Friday so I could not get a hold of anyone till Monday wow and the doctor still wants to see my kid pfff NO now I'm looking for another doctor that know there job and cares for there patients not just the money she needs to retire

I am fortunate to have had a good experience with Dr. Manohar despite hearing the news of my diagnosis of MS. She knew how scared I was and grabbed my hands and told me that I would be okay. Because I am only 24, she has referred me to see an MS specialist in San Antonio. I felt this act was very professional on her part and she was looking into my greater interest. When concluding my appointment, she asked me not to cry anymore and gave me a hug. I had never experienced that kind of compassion from a Doctor before, I am thankful.

Never have a gone to a doctor that tells your daughter she has really bad sensory in her legs and say there's is nothing to do i asked her i know all that but needed a doctor to follow her diagnosis but she keep telling me there's nothing to do so why bring her to see you and when i told her that's okay i can find another neurologist she tells me how rude whose being rude

Dr Priti Manohar is the worst doctor that I have ever had in my entire life. Doctors are supposed to be understanding and caring. Just because I'm young, does not mean that I can't have health problems and mental health problems. She actually laughed at me when I told her I was disabled! I'm sorry that you don't feel like I should be disabled after having my leg shot off, being stabbed twice, and beaten half to death. Then to have to be strong for my 3 kids that were greaving the death of their father from suicide. The man that was also my abuser. And not to mention being beat almost everyday for over 12 years. I have never felt so humiliated. Her and her nurse would just smirk at each other every time I answered her questions. She asked me 3 times in a row if I do drugs. And finally laughed after the last time, like she didn't believe me. I was drug tested (which I passed) even tho I was referred to her by my doctor for severe memory loss and extreme confusion. Not for the pain clinic. I already have my pain doctor and he is CARING AND AMAZING!!! I cried the whole way home. She made me feel so bad about myself. She told me that she didn't think that there was anything wrong with me. I called my Family doctor and told her what happened. She was flabbergasted and apologized to me. I will never return to Dr Manohar's office ever again. Even if I'm dying.

Dr Manohar is the most knowledgeable Dr I have seen and keeps up with the latest treatments. I have been suffering from seizures---she is the only one that helped me with my condition. Phenomenal Dr.
