Dr. Vanderwerf was attentive and communicated clearly as to my diagnosis and path forward.

My first visit went quite well. My second visit felt cut off like he was telling me to go home, he couldn't help.Basically, go see your primary care doctor. Not worth the visit.

The doctor did not take importance to my health issue. After explaining all symptoms, he looked in my nose, ears and throat. He saw nothing and blamed powerful neck muscles to be a cause. I felt rushed and the doctor moved fast unto the next patient. I waited months to see him, so I had mixed feelings. I was glad to be ok???, but I am not, because I have had to same problem for over 3 months. I am going to see another doctor.

Dr Vanderwerf carried out a complex surgery on me including rhinoplasty, turbinate resection and polyp removal. The results so far have been absolutely excellent and I can finally breathe properly through my nose for the first time in years. The straightening and reprofiling of my nose was also perfectly achieved - exactly as we had discussed prior and done with great skill. Dr Vanderwerf is clearly a very experienced, talented and dedicated professional and I do not have any hesitation in recommending him.

Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate - in high demand so wait/delay sometimes but always worth the extra effort. Did an outstanding job and most importantly provided a clear explanation of my situation, how we would work to alleviate the issue, then followed thru and was healed.

I took forever to get an appointment. Very professional and he seemed to know what he was doing. A bit on the cocky side though. There are too many women in that office. They are concerned for one thing only... and it's how a person will pay. It's more business than helping people. Need to get priorities straight. The price is definitely way out there for an office visit and follow-up. Less than four minutes for the first visit and less than three minutes for the follow-up visit. It cost me almost $300 out of my pocket. A bit steep, would you not agree.

I have never been treated so rude by a medical office in my entire life. The first experience started with me, my husband and 13 month old baby waiting for 30 in the office and then 30 minutes in the exam room before being greeted by Dr. VanderWerf. I was OK with the wait because I was concerned that my son did not outgrow his tracheal laryngeal at the age of 13 months. When we finally got to see the doctor he was completely condescending and basically smirking the entire time we were in the office (which was a total of 5 minutes). You could tell he thought we were overreacting to our only childâ??s condition and pretty much dismissed us. We were happy to hear that our child was OK, but the issues with this office did not stop there. I had accidently given the office an old insurance card so our claim was denied. When I was notified the claim was denied I called the office, spoke with the Manager who immediately seemed annoyed and frustrated before I could even explain what… happened. I gave her the correct policy number and she told me it may be too late to file a claim (it was less than a year, it was not). She was completely inconsiderate or willing to help. I just received a notice from the office that my claim was denied again. Today, when I called a spoke to someone different. This employee had the same rude attitude. Apparently, their office wrote down a wrong digit, but somehow it was my fault. I was told by the employee today that the manager NEVER gets the numbers wrong and she always reads it back to the client. He then proceeded to tell me I may not get the claim due to timing. What I thought was interesting is the employee was about to end the call but right before we hung up I asked the employee if he wanted to read back the number to insure they have the right digitsâ?¦he said, oh, yeah. I have never in my life have ever dealt with such a rude office. I never write reviews but felt the need to share my experience with the community as this office needs a complete overhaul on their manners and customer service.

It was not a good experience for me. If you don't have something serious enough he dismisses your symptoms. I left with a brochure he gave me that was a surgical procedure that he said if I have this horrible pain in my sinus again this is what he would recommend. I will not be going back to this office again.......

I waited almost an hour to see this doctor for 10 minutes, what the heck?
