You have to wonder why a business is not posted on Yelp. And yes, unfortunately medicine has become a business these days. Dr. Girgis stated he had “the right to pick and choose his patients”, as he kicked me out of his office. If medicine is truly Dr. Girgis’ calling, one does not get to “pick and choose” patients. It is in the nature of a true physcian to help and treat every single patient to the best of their abilities. “I solemnly pledge myself to consecrate my life to the service of humanity”, Dr. Girgis do you not remember this part of the Hippocratic oath or do they not have this version in Cairo, Egypt? Dr. Girgis is not a good listener, he is short, cunning, unsympathetic, “I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug”, and he just does not know when to admit he does not know, “you will not be ashamed to say "I know not," nor will I fail to call in my… colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient's recovery”, YIKES Girgis that is strike three! Should the OIG come kick you out of your office, like you kicked me out today or would you just like to review your Hippocratic oath? Long story short I take ONE benzo, and I had another Benzo prescribed to me along with pain killers from a different doctor for a SURGERY I had earlier this month. Girgis got his panties all in a bunch, and said he could not treat me anymore. The irony of all this is I am not even seeing Girgis for an addiction issue. The only reason I was seeing Girgis was because he took my insurance and was close to my house at the time. Oh yes, as an addict I am going to make the stupid mistake of going to another doctor for meds, when they scan your ID now and the reports have been sent for at least 3-4 years now. I want it to be super traceable. For f**ks sake, really girgis? Meanwhile the real patients who are addicts are out there scoring substances illicitly. Who is to say all his patients are addicts? Some may be selling the suboxone or whatever controlled substance he prescribes out on the street. I was there for a complete different issue! Grow up Girgis !

This doctor listens and actually "hears" what the patient is explaining and has patient care as the priority! Reception area is comfortable, staff are sensitive and very responsive to patient calls and expressed needs, doctor is available when needed.

Worst work ethics, non stop giving excuses instead of being on time and giving me sufficient time.

Asked me if I had a patriarch in my family to help with my issues??? Partiarch? Also prescribed meds, had a very bad reaction to, and he never got back to me. Waste of my time and health.

Dr Girgis and his team have a grossly inadequate level of patient care - completely unresponsive and incapable of returning phone calls to the patients, their care givers, and their referring physicians. He is clearly in it for the money and throughout the month of TMS care, we only have seen the doctor one time. Major rip off scam - DO NOT GO TO HIM.

Dr. Girgis is very knowledgeable and professional and I am glad I found him

This doctor knows what he is doing, very professional, he listens and he answers my questions. After seeing so many doctors, Dr. Girgis was the one who figured out what to do. He cut down my meds to one medication, and he is excellent in managing my mood.
