Dr. Rachel N. Grisham, MD

I am so fortunate and grateful to be Dr Grisham’s patient. She is not only obviously an extraordinary oncologist, her gentle warm demeanor and communication inspire confidence and peace of mind. She is a joy !

My mother is very sensitive and being diagnosed with cancer has hit her to her core. When dealing with such a sensitive subject, a doctor should take steps to handle it with grace. Aside from Grishams' poor bedside manner, she will mark you for dead before even giving you a fighting chance. Far too blunt and direct without taking into consideration the mental state of the patient. I would assume this is taught in med school, but even someone without a medical degree would know to handle such an emotional subject with more tact and care. Anyone who decides to work in the field of medicine should do so with a heart and demonstrate a compassionate nature. If money is what they are seeking then they should venture elsewhere. This doctor will crush any hope you are clinging to and if a psychiatrist has to ask you if you are thinking of taking your own life, then people like Grisham need to be removed because she is definitely one to push you over the edge. I am outraged! Do NOT go to her.… Her "4 stars" are rigged if you ask me.

Very empathic doctor who carefully listened to me & acted very quickly to address my needs to be included in a clinical trial. She has a positive attitude & is very kind.
