Dr. Rachel received me with a lovely smile. It was my first time at the OBGYN so she talked me through my doubts patiently and explained everything in a diligent manner. She talked me through my pap smear test too and I was calm during the whole procedure thanks to her compassionate approach. Will definitely be seeing her again if I have to!

called today to switch from Dr. McBride (who left practice) to Dr. Heinle and was told first appt was in April 2018....7 months out. No thanks.

Absolutely love Dr. Heineken,she is an excellent Doctor. My daughter and I see her, and both of us think she is wonderful. She always takes time with us, listens, very personal with us. She is a great doctor, love the staff, atmosphere is really great as well. Can't say enough about our experiences there.

Excellent. As a newcomer to the area it is wonderful to find a great doctor - better than the one I went to for 14 years and liked - a terrific Wilmington surprise. She takes time, is very upbeat, and explains things carefully.

Dr. Heinle is incredibly personal and caring. I felt that she took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Dr. Heinle is absolutely the best doctor. She knows her stuff and has a wonderful beside manner. She is the kind of doctor each doctor should aspire to become.
